- An additional copy of a notarised POA or contract
- Submitting a certified copy to an authority while keeping the original

In all cases
- Original Emirates ID of all parties (original passport for non-residents)
- Personal attendance, or video identity verification for remote notarisation
- Phone number and email for each party
- Draft of the instrument, if available

- Original instrument or transaction number
Official fee
AED 30 per certified copy (flat fee).

Optional professional fee A professional fee of up to 30% of the official fee may apply under Cabinet Resolution No. 19 of 2024, except for the items specified in the Resolution. The final amount is confirmed before signing.
