Does a private notary's document have the same force as a government notary's?
Yes. Documents notarised by a licensed private notary have the same legal force as government notary documents across the UAE.
What are your hours?
Centre reception is 08:00 – 19:00, and notary attestation, in person or online, is accepted until 23:00.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend messaging us on WhatsApp first to confirm documents; walk-ins are welcome during reception hours.
What documents do I need?
In all cases: the original Emirates ID of all parties, personal attendance or video verification, a phone number and email, and a draft of the instrument if available. Each service page lists any extra documents.
How are fees calculated?
Official fee = (parties × AED 100) + (signatures × AED 100); certified copy AED 30; notary relocation AED 1,000 per visit. An optional professional fee of up to 30% may apply. Fees are confirmed before signing.
Can I notarise remotely?
Yes, through the Dubai Courts e-notary system: PDF, valid Emirates ID, video verification and e-payment.
Can a non-resident notarise?
Remote notarisation requires a valid Emirates ID. Non-residents notarise in person with their original passport.
Can a document in a language other than Arabic be notarised?
Yes, with a certified legal translation; the translator's signature is attested where required.
Do you notarise property powers of attorney?
Yes. The transfer and registration of the real right itself is done by the Dubai Land Department.
Do you handle Muslim personal-status matters or wills for Muslims?
No. Those are reserved to Dubai Courts. We notarise non-Muslim wills only.
Can the notary come to my location?
Yes, within Dubai, for a flat relocation fee of AED 1,000 per visit in addition to the service's official fee, by prior appointment.
How do I use the document abroad?
After notarisation the document is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then apostilled or legalised at the embassy depending on the country. We guide you to the right route.
Can I get extra copies?
Yes, certified true copies of the notarised instrument at AED 30 each.
What if a party is a relative of the notary?
The transaction is referred to the centre's other notary, in line with conflict-of-interest rules.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a legal duty of the notary and the centre's team, and this website does not store ID numbers.
Is this website part of Dubai Courts?
No. We are a private notary office licensed by Dubai Courts and do not replace it; fees are confirmed at the counter or in the system.
