Documents required
In all cases
- Original Emirates ID of all parties (original passport for non-residents)
- Personal attendance, or video identity verification for remote notarisation
- Phone number and email for each party
- Draft of the instrument, if available
In addition
- Final version of the contract ready for signature
- Valid trade licences of corporate parties and proof of signatory authority
- MOA amendment or share sale: existing MOA and partners' resolution
Official fee
Official fee = (number of parties × AED 100) + (number of signatures × AED 100). Add AED 30 for each certified copy required. Each signatory counts as a separate signature.

Optional professional fee A professional fee of up to 30% of the official fee may apply under Cabinet Resolution No. 19 of 2024, except for the items specified in the Resolution. The final amount is confirmed before signing.
