- Original Emirates ID of all parties (original passport for non-residents)
- Personal attendance, or video identity verification for remote notarisation
- Phone number and email for each party
- Draft of the instrument, if available

- The document to be attested, unsigned or signed in the notary's presence
- For companies: valid trade licence and proof of the signatory's authority
