Documents required
In all cases
- Original Emirates ID of all parties (original passport for non-residents)
- Personal attendance, or video identity verification for remote notarisation
- Phone number and email for each party
- Draft of the instrument, if available

- Valid Emirates ID for all parties
- Phone registered to the ID, for video verification
